Office Administrator

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answer and return phone calls, text and emails
- Schedule and manage daily routes for the technicians
- Post daily production and send invoices
- Create and send estimates
- Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing
- Maintain and submit backflow test reports to KAWC
- Help with marketing efforts as we try to grow our irrigation and lawn care customer base
- Understand and become an expert at utilizing CRM software for maximizing operational efficiencies and sales opportunities
- Basic bookkeeping duties (accounts receivables, deposits, maintain filing system, etc.)

Irrigation Technician
If you love working outdoors with minimum supervision than an Irrigation Technician position with Automatic Rain may be for you! Our staff enjoys a fun, hardworking atmosphere where productivity is rewarded. The hours can be long during our peak spring and fall seasons, and the weather may not always be perfect, but our team is focused on providing customers with an exceptional service experience.
Requirements
- Experience installing residential or commercial irrigation systems
- Ability to program and operate a variety of irrigation systems
- Multi-strand & 2-wire tracking capability
- Skilled at mainline and lateral line troubleshooting and repair
- Great Attitude
- Able to interact with customers
- Physically active for 7+ hours a day
- Works outdoors during all seasons
- Able to perform job with little to no supervision
- Desires the company to be successful
- Eager to learn new trades and to stretch when needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Backflow certification is a plus

- Works outdoors during all seasons
- Able to perform job with little to no supervision
- Desires the company to be successful
- Eager to learn new trades and to stretch when needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicator License and experience is a plus
